What is a virtual card for advertising?
A virtual card for advertising is a prepaid Visa or Mastercard number you add to an ad account as its payment method. With VCCBuy you fund a balance with crypto, buy a card from it in seconds, and give every ad account, client or campaign its own card. A campaign can only spend what is loaded, and one restricted account never touches the cards behind the others.

Built for advertising payments
Issued in seconds
Buy a card from your balance and the number, expiry and CVV appear in My cards straight away. No paperwork and no waiting for post.
One card per ad account
Give each ad account, client or campaign its own card, so a decline or a restriction on one never pauses the rest.
Request a specific BIN
Pick from the BINs listed on each card, or ask our team for a BIN a platform accepts. Check any BIN first with the free BIN checker.
Billing address on every card
Save a billing name and address on each card, so platforms that verify the address see the same details every time.
OTP codes in your dashboard
When a platform asks for a 3D Secure code, request it from My cards and it appears there, shown for ten minutes.
Freeze, rename, start fresh
Freeze a card the moment a campaign ends or an account is flagged, rename it after the account, or buy a fresh card.
Funded with crypto
Load your balance with USDT, USDC, ETH and other listed coins. It is credited in dollars and every card spends from it.
Prepaid, so spend is capped
A platform can only charge what the card holds. Your balance and your other cards are never exposed to a runaway bill.
Ad platforms that accept a virtual card
Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Taboola and Outbrain all accept a Visa or Mastercard as the payment method for a self-serve account. They differ in how they bill it. Some charge after delivery at a threshold or at the end of the month, others let you prepay a balance inside the platform first.
Whichever model a platform uses, the card is added the same way: open billing or payment settings, add a new card, enter the number, expiry and CVV with the billing name and address saved on your card, and set it as the primary method. The step-by-step guides for each platform are linked below.
- Meta, Google and LinkedIn bill after delivery: keep the card funded through the month.
- TikTok and Snapchat let you prepay: load the card, then add funds inside the platform.
- Microsoft Ads, Pinterest and Reddit charge at thresholds that rise as the account spends.
- Native networks such as Taboola and Outbrain usually bill monthly for the previous period.
How ad billing works: thresholds and automatic payments
Most ad platforms use automatic payments. Your account runs up spend and the platform charges the card when that spend reaches a billing threshold, or at the end of the billing period, whichever comes first. New accounts start with a low threshold, often around $25 to $50, and the platform raises it as payments succeed, sometimes into the hundreds or thousands of dollars.
That is why a card that worked for weeks can suddenly be declined: the charge grew past what the card holds. With a prepaid card the rule is simple. Keep the card balance above the next threshold shown in the platform's billing page, and top it up from your VCCBuy balance before it is reached.
- Check the current threshold in the platform's billing or payment settings.
- Load at least the next threshold plus a day or two of spend.
- Name the card after the ad account so each charge is easy to match.
Why ad payments get declined, and how to prevent it
A declined payment pauses delivery and can put an ad account under review, so it is worth knowing the usual causes. The most common is simply a balance below the charge. Next comes a billing address that does not match what the platform has on file, a 3D Secure check that was not completed, a card number the platform has already seen on a restricted account, or a BIN the platform treats as higher risk.
Each of these has a fix you control. Fund ahead of the threshold, enter the exact billing details saved on your card, request the OTP from your dashboard when the platform asks for it, never move a card from a restricted account to a new one, and choose a BIN the platform accepts. If a charge still fails, buy a fresh card and add it as a new payment method.
- Balance below the charge: top up and retry the payment from billing.
- Address mismatch: copy the billing name and address exactly as saved on the card.
- 3D Secure: request the OTP from My cards while the platform's prompt is open.
- Card used on a restricted account: retire it and use a new card for the new account.
Choosing a BIN for your ad accounts
The BIN is the first six to eight digits of a card number. It tells a platform which bank issued the card, in which country, and whether it is debit, credit or prepaid. Ad platforms score payment methods partly on the BIN, so the same account can behave differently with two cards that look identical.
Every VCCBuy card lists the BINs it can be issued on, and you choose one when you buy. If a platform needs something specific, send a BIN request with the platform and the BIN or country you want, and our team replies on WhatsApp or Telegram. You can check any BIN before buying with the free BIN checker.
- See the BINs available on each card on the cards page.
- Request a BIN for a specific platform from your dashboard or the home page.
- Use the BIN checker to see issuer, country and card type before you buy.
One card per client for agencies and media buyers
Agencies and media buyers run many ad accounts at once, and a single shared company card is the weak point: one flagged account or one failed charge can stop every campaign behind it. Buying a separate VCCBuy card for each client or account keeps budgets apart by design.
All cards live in one member account. Name each one after the client or ad account, freeze the cards of paused clients, and use your transaction history to see exactly which card paid which platform and when. On higher budgets, compare top-up fees: on cards you load often, a lower top-up percentage saves more than a lower issue fee.
- Name each card after the client so statements reconcile in minutes.
- Freeze cards for paused clients instead of leaving them funded.
- Pick the card with the lowest top-up fee for accounts you reload weekly.
Fees: a one-time issue fee, a top-up fee and no monthly fee
Each card has two costs, both shown before you buy: a one-time issue fee paid when you buy the card, and a top-up fee as a percentage of each amount you load. There is no monthly or annual card fee, no fee to freeze or rename a card, and no charge for requesting an OTP code.
That differs from the two common pricing models in this market: a monthly subscription per account or per card, and tiered top-up fees that only drop once you load large amounts. Use the calculator on this page to see exactly what reaches the card and what it costs on each card, then compare every card on the pricing page.
Responsible use and ad platform policies
A virtual card is a payment method. It does not change what an ad platform allows you to advertise or how it reviews accounts. Each platform's advertising policies, payment terms and verification steps still apply, and accounts that break them can be restricted whatever card pays for them.
VCCBuy cards may not be used for unlawful activity or to get around a platform's enforcement, and we follow an anti-money-laundering policy for every deposit. Keep one card per account, use your real business details, and read each platform's billing help before you scale.

Questions about cards for advertising
Can I pay for ads with a prepaid virtual card?
Yes. A VCCBuy card is a real Visa or Mastercard number, and self-serve platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads accept it as a payment method like any other card. Some platforms decline certain prepaid BINs, which is why you can choose or request a BIN.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks can I deposit?
The deposit page lists every option currently available, for example USDT on TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Polygon or Solana, USDC on several networks, and ETH. Your balance is credited in US dollars once the deposit is confirmed.
Why was my card declined by an ad platform?
The usual causes are a balance below the charge, a billing address that does not match, an unfinished 3D Secure check, a card already linked to a restricted account, or a BIN the platform treats as risky. Fix the cause, then retry the payment from the platform's billing page.
How much should I load before the billing threshold?
Load at least the next billing threshold shown in the platform's payment settings, plus a day or two of spend. Thresholds rise as payments succeed, so check the figure again after each successful charge.
Can I request a specific BIN?
Yes. Each card lists the BINs it can be issued on, and you can send a BIN request with the platform and the BIN or country you want. Our team replies on WhatsApp or Telegram.
Can I use one card for several ad accounts?
You can, but one card per account is safer. If one account is restricted or a charge fails, the accounts on other cards keep running, and each statement shows exactly which account was charged.
How do I get the OTP or 3D Secure code for an ad payment?
Open My cards and request a code on the card while the platform's prompt is open. The code appears on that card in your dashboard and is shown for ten minutes.
What should I do with a card if an ad account is restricted?
Freeze that card so nothing more can be charged, and use a new card for any new account rather than moving the old one across. Your balance and other cards are not affected.
How much does an advertising card cost, and are there monthly fees?
You pay a one-time issue fee when you buy the card and a percentage top-up fee on each amount you load. There is no monthly or annual card fee. The calculator on this page shows the exact cost for any amount.
How many ad cards can I issue?
There is no fixed limit on the number of cards. Each card is bought from your balance and comes with its own number, expiry, CVV and monthly spending limit.
